The Storybook was a resounding success.
We asked Rotarians from District 7020 to have young children in their regions, ages 7 to 11 years, submit short stories about Doing Good to the Rotary clubs.
Clubs chose their top three entries and submitted those top three to us.
A committee from the E-Club reviewed the submissions and chose the top 10 for publication.
Thanks to the generosity of CAA (Caribbean Associated Attorneys) in Anguilla and also to LIME (BVI), we were able to arrange for a $50 USD prize of a book, or selection of books, for each published author. We also were able to offset some of our printing costs. We printed 250 hard copies for sale and distribution at the District Conference in Tortola, BVI.
We intend to make this our E-Club's signature project.
